Turkey, feta, and sundried tomato meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 eggs, beaten1/2 cup breadcrumbs1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled1 tsp ground pepper2 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp salt1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped1/3 cup chopped parsley
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray. Mix all the ingredients except the turkey in a large bowl. Add the turkey and mix together but don't work the turkey too much. Put mixture into loaf pan and cook for 40-45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.. Let sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
