2 pizza crusts1 yellow onion, sliced thin1 bell pepper, sliced thin1 zucchini, diced1 tomato, sliced thin1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, cut into quarters2 cups spinach, roughly chopped2 cup tomato saucesalt & pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 450. Dust pizza pans with flour.
2. Roll out crusts, add sauce and toppings
3. Cook in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
4. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 16 pizza slices
