Baked salmon with wasabi and soy sauce

Ingredients
2 Fresh salmon filletsolive oil (enough to coat the pan and drizzle over the fish)soy sauce (enough to thoroughly cover the fish - maybe 5 T?)ground ginger: ~1Twasabi powder: ~1Tdash of black pepper1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Directions
Wash the fish; place in corning baking dish drizzled with olive oil.
Drizzle remaining olive oil over fish, followed by soy sauce. Sprinkle powdered ginger, and wasabi powder, liberally over surface of fish. Sprinkle chopped garlic on top of fish.
Splash a small amount of soy sauce over coating on fish; cover dish with parchment paper and bake at 375 for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Makes approximately 2 1/2 servings, depending on the size fillets you use.

    I omitted the ginger and wasabi, cut back on the soy (I used low sodium soy sauce), added garlic salt and a few sprigs of fresh parsley. EASY and DELICIOUS! - 4/7/13
