2 Tbsp flax seed meal2 Tbsp coconut flour.5 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 large egg1 Tbsp margarine
Directions
mix dry ingredients in large coffee mug or ramikin
add egg and butter and mix well
microwave for 1 minute or slightly less
enjoy
