Black Soy Bean Hummus (4T or 0.25 cup)

Ingredients
15oz can organic black soy beans (no salt added)1/4C fresh lemon juice1/4C tahini1 small garlic clove (or 1/2 of a large clove)2T avocado oil1t kosher salt1/2t cumin3T water
Directions
1) Blend lemon juice and tahini for 1 minute. Scrape sides and blend another 30 seconds

2) Add oil, garlic, cumin, salt. Blend 30 seconds, scrape, blend another 30 seconds

3) Add half of the black soy beans. Blend 1 minute, scrape, add remaining, blend 1-2 more minutes till smooth. (Add water as necessary to desired consistency)

Serving Size: makes about 7 1/4-cup servings
