Ingredients
Almond flourCoconut flourFlax seed mealCream of TartarChocolate chipschopped walnutsCoconut oilEggsMedjool datesChia Seeds
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl : almond flour,coconut flour, flax seed meal, walnuts, chia seeds, cream of tartar, chocolate chips and dates(pitted and chopped).
Mix together.
Add coconut oil and combine with fork or pastry cutter til crumbly.
Combine 4 eggs and whip. Add to bowl and combine.
Form into a disc about 12" in diameter and 1/2" thick. Cut into 12 wedges.
Bake in preheated 375degree oven for 15 minutes or more.
I only make 2-3 at a time.
