Sauted Spinach/with veggies and feta

Ingredients
1/2 T. Olive Oil2 C. sliced white button mushrooms1 C. sweet onions, rough chopped1 Clove garlic, mincedSalt and pepper to taste1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh Baby Spinach1 Roma Tomato, seeded and diced1/4 C. Feta Cheese, crumpled
Directions
Heat 8 inch sauté pan over med. heat, add olive oil and reduce hear to med. low (swirl oil around pan to coat.)
Add onions, mushrooms and garlic, sauté until tender(about 4-5 minutes). Add Seasoning to taste. Add spinach, no need to cut it up it will cook down. Cover and continue cooking until spinach cooks down, stirring now and then (about 5 minutes). Cook uncovered about another 5 minutes to reduce liquid. And tomato and feta cheese, stir to mix well and serve. About 3/4 cups per serving.
