Honey Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)1/4 cup honey2 Tbsp lemon juice2 Tbsp soy sauce1 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
Place chicken in an ungreased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until juices run clear, turning once and basting with pan juices every 15 min.

    Very good taste for a quick, simple honey mustard fix. I did increase the mustard a bit and we've gotten accustomed to cutting the chicken in half to keep calories low. But it is a really great way to cook chicken simply. - 7/2/13
