Reduced-Fat Alfrado Sauce

Ingredients
1 can Non-Fat Evaporated Milk1/2 cup Fat Free Half & Half1/2 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream5 oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tbsp Light Butter1 clove Garlic1 tbsp Garlic Salt
Directions
Mince galric clove and place in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Allow them to warm up a bit, once they start sizzling add the evaporated milk, half and half, and butter to the sauce pan. Do not stir. Allow to sit and heat up, once the butter has completely melted stir slowly and add the garlic salt. Sauce should be hot to the touch. Add parmesan cheese little by little and let disolve into sauce. Remove from heat, add sour cream. Ground Pepper & Chives make a great addition. 2/3 cup is one serving.
