Creamy Vegetable Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Milk, 1%, 1 cup Half and Half Cream, 1 cup Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Carrots, cooked, 3 carrot Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
Directions
NOTE* I used home made turkey stock instead of chicken broth because that is all that was listed in spark people ingredients list.
Onions and garlic were added to the original turkey stock.
NOTE* I used a deli precooked roasted chicken for the breast meat.
