Ingredients
2 c. chickpeas3 cloves minced garlic2 tbsp. raw tahini4 tbsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. sea salt1 tbsp. filtered water
Directions
Puree all ingredients in food processor. For a creamier texture, increase the amount of tahini.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Keeps for up to a week.
