Quinoa granola

Ingredients
3/4 cup quinoa2 1/2 cups rolled oats1 cup chopped almonds1/2 cup pumpkin seeds1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup hemp or flax seed1/2 cup shredded coconut1/8 cup shredded coconut1/4 cup wheat germ1/4 cup brown sugar1 cup applesauce2 tablespoons honey1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Combine all dried ingredients except hemp seeds, raisins , and cranberries into a bowl. Then combine and mix wet ingredients including apple in a mixer. Stir into dried ingredients. Spread everything evenly onto a cookie sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Cool completely and add raisins, cranberries, and hemp seeds. Store in airtight container
