Low Carb Flaxmeal Griddle Cakes

2 cups Golden Flaxseed flour2 eggs (2 net carbs)24 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener (liquid Sucralose) � cup heavy whipping cream2 teaspoons of almond extract2 teaspoons baking powder1 tablespoon cinnamon1 cup Sugar Free Vanilla Almond Milk� to 1 cup of water(depending on how thick you want them)
1. Beat eggs till frothy.
2. Add rest of ingredients to bowl.
3. Slowly add water while mixer is going until you get desired thickness. (I like � cup.)
4. Heat up griddle over medium high heat and grease with 2 tablespoons butter.
5. Use � cup of batter per pancake on your griddle.
6. Cook until edges are brown and center is bubbly then FLIP! Cook other side until golden brown.
