1 1/2 c all purpose flour3 TBS sugar2TBS baking powder1tsp salt1 1/2 c almond milk1tsp vanilla2 eggs
In large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In smaller bowl beat eggs. Add almond milk and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Whisk together until blended. Use 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
