Coconut Chicken Pasta

400g Pasta, Spirals, dry1 pinch Salt, Himalayan2 tsp Olive Oil, Virgin Cold-pressed1 lge Onions, raw, diced400g Chicken Breast, Raw no skin/bone10g Seasoning, All Purpose, Masterfoods450g Frozen Veg, Garden Mix, Birds Eye270mL Coconut Cream, Light, Ayam
1. Boil water for pasta
2. When water boiled add pasta
3. Add salt (to taste)
4. Add 1 tsp Oil (to prevent sticking)
5. Whilst pasta is cooking, heat a non stick frypan over medium-medium high heat
6. Add 1 tsp oil and onion and fry for 1 minute
7. Add chicken & seasoning and cook for further 3-4 minutes
8. Add frozen vegetables and continue cooking further 3-4 minutes
9. Add coconum cream
10. reduce heat to low and simmer for further 5 minutes
Serving Size: Makes approximately 10 servings of 200g each
