Tomato Orange Soup (Andaluza Gazpacho Naranja)

Ingredients
TomatoesOrange JuiceOnions (or carrots)SaltWhite PepperButterRaw SugarWater (or chicken broth)
Directions
In soup pot, sautee onions in butter until tender (approx 2 min). Add tomatoes, water, salt and pepper (slow rolling boil for approx 3 min). Using stick/wand blender in pot (or blender - being careful to allow hot contents to vent), puree fully until smooth texture. Serve hot, or allow to cool, or place in refridgerator to chill.

Serving Size: makes 1-cup serving (easily multiplied)
