Taco Pasta Bake

Ingredients
16 oz 85% lean ground turkey13.25 oz box whole wheat elbow macaroni, cooked1 small onion, chopped1-2 cups salsa (I used 2c.)1 packet taco seasoning4 oz neufchatel cheese1/2 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheesepepper & garlic powder, to tastechopped green onions, optional
Directions
Brown ground turkey & chopped onion in a large pan. Drain grease then return back to pan. Add salsa, taco seasoning, neufchatel cheese, greek yogurt, pepper, & garlic powder-mix until neufchatel cheese completely melts. Next, add cooked macaroni to meat mixture and mix well. Spread mixture into 13 x 9 casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees x 20 minutes. Top with chopped green onions if desired.
