Ingredients
12 oz rice noodles1 tbsp olive oil12 oz chicken breast, bite sizegarlic4 eggs3 tbsp white wine vinegar6 tbsp fish sauce6 tbsp sugar2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp siracha sauce1 tsp peanut butter2 oz crushed peanuts3 green onionscolantrolimes
Directions
Soak rice noodles according to package. Saute chicken and garlic in olive oil. Add eggs and cook until firm. Add noodles and sauce. Garnish with cilantro, peanuts and lime quarters.
