6 Oz. Vanilla Non Fat Yogurt3 egg whites8 oz. diet 7-Up1 Vanilla Cake Mix1 small package Fat Free-Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding1 Tsp VanillaFrosting:1 box Fat free Sugar Free Pistachio pudding1 1/2 cups non fat milk8 oz. Tub Fat Free Cool whip
Mix 1 small box of pudding, vanilla yogurt, egg whites, 7-up, cake mix, and vanilla until well mixed. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
When cool mix 1 box pastachio pudding and milk together and mix until thick. Fold in Cool whip.
