Summer Fruit Parfaits with Honey and Mint

Ingredients
1 ripe nectarine, chopped1 cup fresh blueberries1/2 cup fresh raspberries1/4 cup honey1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1 cup plain Greek yogurt2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Directions
Place nectarine, blueberries and raspberries
in a bowl. Stir together honey and lemon juice.
Spoon ½ cup yogurt into each of 2 bowls. Top
yogurt with fruit; drizzle with honey mixture, and
sprinkle with mint.
