PNGwen's Spicy Broccoli Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 ounces wholewheat pasta2 cups broccoli florets1 cup carrots, shredded1/4 cup plain Greek yogurtJuice of 1 lemon1 teaspoon red pepper flakesSea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to the package directions for al dente and drain well.

When pasta is cool, combine it with the veggies, yogurt, lemon juice and red pepper flakes in a large bowl, and stir thoroughly to combine/

Taste for seasoning, and add sea salt and freshly ground pepper as needed. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
