Stuffed Bell Pepper

Ingredients
3 bell pepper2 lean burger patties1 cup cooked brown rice1/3 cup salsa3 tbs sour cream
Directions
clean out peppers and wash inside and out
cook in boiling water for 5 minutes
in the meantime brown meat and onion. Add rice and salsa. Spoon into peppers. top each w/1tbs sour cream
