Creamy Salsa Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts16 oz jar La Victoria Salsa Ranchera, Hot1 packet Ortega Taco Seasoning2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can Black Beans1 can Yellow Sweet Corn1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1. Add chicken to slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
3. Pour salsa, soup, beans, corn and tomatoes over chicken.
4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
5. Remove chicken and shred.
6. Add chicken back into slow cooker and cook for another 1-2 hours or until desired consistency.
Serve with rice. Or serve with tortilla and fat free refried beans!
NOTES:
You may use half the packet of taco seasoning to reduce sodium content
