Cocoa & Chili Rubbed Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 boneless pork loin chops2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder2 tsp. chili powder 10 drops liquid stevia2 Tbsp. butter meltedsea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a bowl, mix the cocoa, salt, pepper and chili powder together until well-blended. Dip chops in melted butter and pat/rub the spice mix over the chops.

Pour leftover butter into a skillet and cook chops until done. Flip as necessary.
