Crock Pot Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
7 boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 can RF cream of mushroom soup1 1/4 c. Salsaseasonings to taste1/2 c. FF sour cream
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except sour cream in crock pot. Cook on low all day. Add sour cream before serving. Serve over brown rice.
