Mexican Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
* LaPreferida Spanish Rice, 3 serving (remove) * Ground beef, lean, 1 lb (browned and drained) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 medium
Directions
Combine rice and ground beef. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise. Clean and core. Place peppers in baking dish with enough water to cover bottom of dish. Fill each pepper with rice and beef mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until soft.
