9 in pie crust2 cups mashed sweet potatoes1 cup skim milk3/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup light corn syrup2 egg whites1 tbsp butted melted1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cinnimon1 pinch ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix everything together
Pour into pie crust
Bake 10 minutes
Reduce temp to 350
Bake 35 minutes
Sheild crust with foil during last 20 minutes to prevent burning
Cool.
