Honey Baked "Fried" Chicken

2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast1 Cup Special K Multigrain cereal2 tsp Allspice2 tsp Seasoned Salt2 tsp Black Pepper2 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Cayenne Pepper2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar1 Large egg2 Tbsp Honey
Preseason chicken breast with Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning, black pepper, and garlic power. Seasoned to preference. Cover and let it marinate for a about 3 hours.
When read to cook the chicken, first prepare breadcrumb mixture. In a small mixing bowl (or ziplock bag), mix cereal, allspice, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar. Crunch cereal to break it down into small crumbs and mix seasonings throughout mixture.
In a separate bowl, crack and whisk egg to scramble egg.
Dip seasoned chicken breast into egg and then into breadcrumb mixture. Make sure there is a nice even, slighty thick coating on the chicken. Any extra mixture can be patted onto the chicken breast. Bake in the oven on 400-450 (depending on thickness of chicken breast) for approximately 30 minutes. Breading should have a dark-golden brown color.
**At about 20 minutes, drizzle honey on top of chicken breast and continue to bake for 10 more minutes
