Cabbage Beef Roll-Ups

Ingredients
1 lb. 90% lean ground sirloin1 cube beef bouillon1 pouch Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice (2 cups), cooked1 11.5-oz. can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes1/4 medium fresh sweet onion, diced1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil8 large cabbage leaves, blanched
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat oil in skillet and sauté onions until limp. Add meat and brown. Add tomatoes (including juice) and bouillon cube. Cook down a bit, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add rice and mix well. Place equal amounts into the cabbage leaves and roll up, burrito style. Secure each rollup with a toothpick or two and place in a baking pan. Bake about 40 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
