Baked Gluten Free Vegetarian Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 Cup cooked Brown rice Spaghetti 1/2 Cup of Chopped white onion 1 Cup sliced or chopped mushrooms1/4 Cup shredded zucchini 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded (divided)Basil to taste
Directions
Cook the spaghetti in salted water for 6 min
Strain and place in a casserole dish or pie plate
Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella on the pasta
Add the vegetables & the sauce on the top.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Add the rest of the cheese and bake for 10 min.
