Stir-Fry

Ingredients
Garlic, 3tsp mincedScallions (green onions), 1 stalk slicedBell Pepper, 1 whole, choppedBroccoli, 2c choppedBok Choy, 1 bunch, leaves and stalks separated and choppedRed Cabbage, 1/4 head, choppedPineapple, 1 can chunks, drainedShrimp (or protein of choice), 1/2lb, tails removed and deveinedThai Kitchen Stir-Fry Rice Noodles, 1 boxKikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 1 bottleNonstick cooking sprayWarer, 1/4c
Directions
Spray wok or large pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add garlic, bell peppers and scallions. Cook over medium heat until garlic is browned.

Add broccoli, white stalks of bok choy and water, cook for five minutes or until broccoli is tender.

Meanwhile, prepare noodles as directed on box.

Add bok choy leaves to pan, cook until leaves wilt. Add teriyaki sauce and shrimp, simmer five minutes.

Add pineapple and noodles, mix well and serve.
