Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken Tenders

12 oz (about 5) Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins, 1 tsp. Oregano, ground1/2 tsp. Salt 2 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread 3 tbsp. Lemon juice2 tbsp. Garlic, minced2 tsp. Chicken bouillon granules 1 tsp. Parsley, dried7 fresh Mushrooms, sliced or chopped
1. In a bowl, mix oregano, salt, and pepper. Use this as a rub for the chicken, rubbing it into both sides.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Brown chicken in butter for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, then place tenders in slow cooker. Do not dump out drippings in skillet.
3. Return the skillet, with drippings, to medium heat. add water, lemon juice, garlic, mushrooms, parsley, and bouillon. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Pour over chicken in slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours (or low for 6). If chicken becomes too dry during cooking, add a little water as necessary.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of chicken with sauce.
