6 1/2 cups flour1 Tbs sugar2 packages of yeast2 1/2 cups water2 tsp saltlet yeast and sugar blend in 1/2c warm water.put 31/2 cups flour, salt in mixer,add yeast mix. Use paddle on mixer and rest of flour. Blend into stiff dough. Place in two greased 8x4 pans. cover with plastic wrap sprayed with pam. let rise in warm place till reaches top of pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min.makes 2 loaves or 28 slicescalories per slice 98
