Directions
blend garlic, cauliflower, potato & Brummel & brown. Heat & serve like mashed potatoes. Serving size - 1/2 C.

    Not bad, but I think it's important to note that unless you want this dish to be crunchy, the cauliflower needs to be steamed long enough to become mushy -- or, at the least, shredded more finely. Otherwise, you get chunks of cauliflower in every bite, which wasn't the texture I was looking for. - 1/5/10
