Quick Stir Fry Chicken, Vegetables and Noodles for One

Ingredients
2 oz (55g) Noodles, pre-soaked or cooked & drained3 1/2 oz (100g) Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded4 1/2 (125g) frozen Stir Fry Vegetables (I used Aldi's)1/2 cup Green (Spring) Onions, chopped1 tblspn Oyster Sauce1 tblspn Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce1/4 tsp Onion Powder1/4 tsp Garlic Powder2 tblspn Water
Directions
Microwave vegetables for @ 3 minutes until crisp tender.

In a skillet sprayed with canola spray, saute onions, vegetables, garlic and onion powder for 3 minutes. Toss in all other ingredients and stir fry for @ 5 minutes until combined.

Serve immediately.
