Sugar free Hot and Sour soup

Ingredients
1 fruit (2" dia) Limes 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 clove Garlic 3 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 1 serving seasoned rice vinager 0.50 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup Bean sprouts 1 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 1 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 cup Campbells Vegetable Stock (by AGAINSTTHEWIND) 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp low salt soy sauce (by DHICKS713) 2 tsp Ginger Root .5 tbsp chili sauce - Sambal Oelek Paste of Chili 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
Bake chicken til tender. In a pot lightly saute carrots, celery, onion add chicken, garlic and veggie stock. Shred chicken once cooked through and add bean sprouts,cabbage, bok choy, can of pineapple ( crushed no added sugar) water, rice vinegar, lime and lemon juiced, ginger, sambal oelek, stevia. Heat until boiling then simmer 20 min. Add green onion and tomato 5 min before serving.
