Sloppy Turkey Joes

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 cups red bell peppers, chopped1-1/2 cups onions, chopped4 cloves garlic, minced1/4 teaspoon black pepper1-1/2 pounds ground turkey1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)1/2 cup tomato sauce1/4 cup bottled chili sauce (or catsup)1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce (or to taste)1 tablespoon red wine vinegar6 hamburger buns
Directions
ADVANCE PREP:
Chop red bell peppers and onions. Mince garlic.

PREPARATION:
Heat oil in large skillet. Saute bell peppers,
onions, garlic and pepper over medium heat until
vegetables are softened (3 minutes). Add turkey and salt. Stir to break up meat. Cook for 4 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hot red pepper sauce. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar.

Cool. Pour into labeled freezer bag.

TO SERVE:
Thaw. Heat turkey mixture in skillet over medium heat
until heated through. Serve in warmed buns.
