Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large *Milk, 2%, 1.75 cup *Canola Oil, .5 cup *Flour, white, 2 cup Baking Powder, 4 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
Whisk the eggs until fluffy. Add all else and whisk until smooth. Pour into waffle iron and cook. Easy and good. Makes 8 4"square waffles.
