Simple Mustard Maple Chicken

Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts or tenders½ cup Dijon mustard¼ cup maple syrup1 Tbsp red wine vinegarSalt and pepper to taste2 cups steamed brown rice
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Place chicken in a 9x13 dish, season and pour mustard sauce over the top. Bake for 40 min or until chicken is cooked through and at the proper temperature.
