Tapas Style Roasted REd Peppers

Ingredients
4 red peppers 1 clove of garlic minced1 tbsp chopped parsley1 tbsp Sherry Vinager1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Roast the Red Peppers on top of gas stove top burner, once blackened on all side. Put in a paper bag to steam and loosen skins about 15 mins. Once they are done steaming rub off burnt skins, cut in half and remove seeds and stem. Cut into 1/2 inch strips. Arrange strips on a plate, sprinkle with the olive oil, sherry vinegar, parsley, and minced garlic. Serve.
