Rose's Beef Lasagna

2 lb Ground Beef, 90% lean1 15oz Ricotta cheese (I used part of another)12 Lasagna noodles (more if needed - calories are for 14)2 jars Pasta Sauce of choice-- might not need all of 2nd-- I used Classico Italian sausage1 cup Parmesan cheese2 oz Shredded Mozzarella or Gouda cheese-- I like Gouda for a little more taste3 eggs1 tbsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes1 tsp Oregano... other seasonings to taste.
Heat lasagna noodles in boiling water to soften.
Brown ground beef with seasonings.
Break eggs into bowl & beat lightly, add Ricota and shredded Parmesan cheese, mix.
Add browned ground beef.
Layer from bottom of pan:
-- Sauce
-- Noodles
-- Meat/cheese mixture
-- Sauce
-- Noodles
-- Meat/cheese mixture
End with noodle layer, if possible.
Top with more sauce.
Add shredded Mozarella or Gouda.
Bake at 350 for 30 min, covered with foil.
Bake 15 more min, uncovered.
Serving Size: makes 8 - 10 servings
