Ingredients:*Pork Ribs, country style, 2lbs*Robert Rothschild Roasted Pineapple & Habanero sauce, 1 1/2 cups*Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 1 can including juiceBroccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)Best Choice Instant White Rice, 3 cup
place pork in crockpot add 1 cup of sauce - cook on low for 8 hrs
remove pork from crockpot, pour sauce/renderings into a sauce pot, add can of pineapple and bring to a boil to reduce.
while sauce reduces, prepare rice according to instructions and heat broccoli.
shred or chunk pork and return to crockpot, add reduced sauce and stir to incorporate.
serve on top of rice and top with broccoli.
