Dukan Sandwich Bread

Ingredients
2 Tbsp oat bran1 Tbsp wheat bran1 tsp baking powderpinch salt 1 egg1 heaping Tbsp fat-free Greek yoghurt or fromage frais or quark
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg, beat in yoghurt/fromage frais/quark until smooth, stir in dry ingredients. Pour into a rectangular micro-wave proof loaf pan. I use silicone. Microwave on 700-800 for about 3 1/2 minutes (time will vary according to oven). Turn out when it's cooled slightly.
