Steak and Mushrooms

6 oz sirloin steak1 md yellow onion, slivered4 mushrooms, sliced1 cn mushroom stems and pieces1/4 C white wine2 T kikoman soya sauce2 tsp white flour1 sm bo udon noodles
Put water on to boil for noodles.
Cut steak into thin slices. Sliver onion.
Brown steak in frying pan. Add onions and let simmer until onions are softened.
Add wine and stir any browned bits off bottom of the pan.
Add mushrooms and simmer until tender.
Meanwhile, add noodles to boiling water.
Add soya sauce to meat dish.
Combine flour with water and add to meat dish. Stir until sauce is slightly thickened.
Drain noodles when tender.
Serve meat over noodles.
