rayne's cinnamon sugar almonds

Ingredients
1 lg egg white.5 tsp vanilla extractAlmonds, 2 cup, wholeOrganic cane sugar, 4 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspSalt, .5
Directions
preheat oven to 250f
beat egg white till frothy but not stiff
add vanilla slowly toward end
add almonds and stir to coat
mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together
pour over almonds, mix to coat
spread on parchment paper lined jelly roll pan.
bake for 1 hour
