Ingredients
3 egg whites1 tbsp Chopped Green Peppers or red or yellow peppers1 tbsp Water1 tsp Hot Sauce1 Thin slice of Fresh Tomato (chopped)1 Dash of Pepper1/2 cup of Quick Oats 1 minute Oatmeal1 tbsp Chopped Onion1 tbsp Ketchup
Directions
Prepare by coating soup cup with non stick spray.separate egg whites, add water, whip,chop onions tomato and peppers add and mix, add hot sauce and black pepper mix. Put in soup cup or custard bowl. Put in Microwave and cook for 3 minutes. Serve with ketchup
