Paleo Sausage and Egg breakfast muffins

Ingredients
8 oz raw pork sausage1 bell pepper, chopped1 onion, chopped8 oz fresh mushrooms, chopped1 Tbsp minced garlic7 large raw eggs2 1/3 cups egg whites1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes1/4 cup Vanilla Almond milk
Directions
Cook pork sausage, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in a pan until the park sausage is no longer pink. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Place about two tablespoons of mixture into sprayed muffin tin liners (or sprayed silicon liners). Mix eggs, salt, pepper, red pepper, and almond mix. Pour over sausage mixture in each cup (I pour it from a measuring cup to help control the flow). Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes or until cooked through.
