Hungry Girl- Scoopable Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1- 12 oz package dry broccoli cole slaw1- 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained1- cup canned Mandarin Orange segments1- cup chopped green onions/scallions12 oz cooked and chopped skinless lean chicken breast3/4 cup low-fat sesame ginger dressing (Newman's Own Lighten Up!)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine slaw, water chestnuts, orange segments, green onions/scallions, and chicken. Mix Well.

Top with dressing and toss to coat. Enjoy!
