Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
500g of extra lean ground chicken1/4 cup red onions1/4 cup italian style bread crumbs1 egg1 tbsp of garlic powder1 tsp of red pepper flakes1 tsp of dried thymedash of pepperdash of salt1 tsp of waterAdd your own bun. Nutritional info does not include a bun!
Directions
Add all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and mix together well.

Form 4 balls and put on a baking sheet.
Use something flat (I use a plastic cutting board) to flatten burgers

BBQ until cooked. ~20-30 mins
