Sauteed Kale

Ingredients
1 bag of Glory chopped kale or 6 handfuls of fresh6 slices of turkey bacon cut into small pieces3 Tbls of olive oil1 Tbls of minced garlic 4 Tbls of low sodium soy sauce6 Tbls of balsamic vinegarSea Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Saute you bacon in a 12 in pan, add 1 tbs. of the olive oil if it is too dry. After the bacon is cooked, saute the garlic in for a minute then put the kale in and add the rest of the olive oil. Saute for a few minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients.
